Dr. Rachel Fiori, MD

Dr. Kindrick has been a resident of Fort Smith with her family for more than a decade and has happily assimilated into the community that she now considers her home. She earned her medical degree from UAMS and completed her residency program in Little Rock. After recognizing a significant need for outpatient psychiatric care in the area, Dr. Kindrick and Dr. William Clint Kindrick opened the Center for Psychiatric Wellness to help fill those gaps.

Her greatest satisfaction comes from educating and assisting patients and their families in navigating unfamiliar territories. Although her availability for new patients is limited, she works hard to assist professionals in the community with complicated referrals.

Dr. Kindrick also believes in taking a multidimensional approach to patient care. She encourages patients to prioritize their physical health, cultivate healthy relationships and social interactions, and engage in various forms of therapy to maximize emotional and mental well-being.

Dr. Fiori, a Fort Smith native, takes great pride in providing general adult psychiatric services in her hometown. She earned her medical degree in 2008 and completed her psychiatric residency in 2012, both at UAMS, and has been practicing in Fort Smith since 2014.
