TC became a Licensed Counselor right after he completed his Master's Degree from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in 2001. TC worked in various community mental health settings before coming to work for CPW. He is equipped to work with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, and past trauma. TC is trained to provide EMDR therapy for those struggling with PTSD from past traumatic events.

In addition to being a therapist, TC is the Music Director for St. Michael Catholic Church in Van Buren and also provides music for St. Thomas Aquinas Universty Parish in Fayetteville. He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as other hobbies including beekeeping and drinking coffee.
